Simple Text Widget
The Simple Text widget resembles the Rich Text widget, but it only allows you to enter plain text into its editor. Use this widget for inserting plain text that requires very little formatting such as a newspaper clipping or a quote.
When you open the Simple Text widget, a plain text editor opens. You can enter text and apply bold, italic, or underline formatting. There are also limited styles available for headings.
Widget Style Properties
CSS Root Class - A text box in which you can enter a CSS class that you want to apply to the rendered content.
